Shipping within the United States only, via USPS with tracking included.

Orders ship within 7 business days of payment.

Haven't received your order 10 days after it ships? Contact me and I'll help sort it out.

Returns and exchanges

Everything is handmade, so each piece may vary slightly from the photos.

Damaged or wrong item? Contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo and I'll replace or refund it.

For hygiene reasons, earrings can only be returned if they arrive damaged.

Other items can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original condition (buyer pays return shipping).

Custom orders are final sale unless damaged or incorrect.
